Refund Policy
Effective October 1, 2026.
All sales are final
StemForge is a digital product with a lifetime license, delivered the moment your payment is confirmed. Because a download can't be returned, we don't offer refunds, exchanges or credits once a purchase is complete.
By completing checkout you ask us to deliver StemForge right away, and you acknowledge that you lose any right to cancel that applies to digital content once it has been delivered, where the law allows that right to be waived.
Before you buy
Please check the requirements first: a Mac, and Adobe Premiere Pro 2026 (version 26.0 or newer) installed through Creative Cloud. The setup guide shows exactly what installation involves. If you have a question about whether StemForge will work for you, email us before you buy.
What this policy doesn't take away
If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or you paid and never received your license, email us and we'll put it right. This policy also doesn't limit any right you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded by agreement.
Problems after you buy
If StemForge won't install or run, contact us and we'll help you get it working. Please talk to us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback on a valid purchase ends the license, as explained in our Terms.
